Simi Abe (Founder)

Simi Abe is the founder of Thursday Afternoon. In 2019 she wrote and directed her debut short film, Black Fish which was commissioned by the BBC. Simi has a degree in Creative Writing, loves the colour yellow, orchids and space.

Simi started Thursday Afternoon because she loves stories. Strange, surreal, poetic stories that move people.
